We believe in word of mouth

Thank you so much for all you have done for our family over the past year. The care and support my mum gets at the Mede is fantastic, it really has become a community of loving friends for her, with lives and stories and shared experiences that she has become part of, at a time in her life when her dementia is taking away so much of the past and what was familiar to her.

When we discovered you this year I knew the Mede was a unique and special place; the design and location are so beautiful and tranquil, but more importantly because of the wonderful people who work with you and because of your vision to create a place where people with dementia can have days filled with activity, care, fun and purposefulness, supported by your team who treat everyone with such respect and care.
I honestly couldn’t have managed without your support, and we look forward to happy Mede experiences in 2019

'We could sit out in the garden, which had a lovely fishpond. It was peaceful and calming. The place was very well equipped. I'm a "just in case" person but there was everything there. I don't recommend things usually, but I would want to go back and my husband would as well.
Everything's thought about - I didn't have to think. Sallie would help you in any way she could, you couldn't meet a nicer person. If you needed anything she'd arrange it for you. She'd even take you out or sit in with you if needed."

I can’t thank you enough for the care and kindness you give to Mum through the Mede, in all my many years in the ‘business’ I’ve never come across such a caring and respectful service for people with dementia. I feel so lucky to have you all in our area.
Thank you so much for the respite time Mum had such a wonderful time with you, she was buzzing with stories to tell me last night she really felt she had had a wonderful holiday with a much loved friend. I really don’t know how I would manage without you all at the Mede, you not only enable me to continue with work, but you have also given Mum the chance to make new friends and to feel that she belongs. She looks forwards to her days at the Mede and always has a lovely time whenever she is with you.
